ORGANIC GREEN TEA FROM OUR PARTNER CHA CAMÉLIA
LUSO CHÁ is harvested in summer and therefore contains less caffeine. The dried leaves are only lightly processed, allowing their natural shades of color to stand out beautifully. The tea has a fresh, slightly sweet, and distinctive flavorand, due to its low theine content, can be enjoyed throughout the day. It pairs wonderfully with both sweet and savory dishes.
We recommend two infusions using 80°C (176°F) water.

Our main goal is to handle the whole leaves gently by hand, in order to release their delicate and complex aromas.”

The first harvest of the year takes place in spring and, as with all tea varieties, yields the highest quality. Only the top two leaf shoots and the still-closed bud are picked.
