CAROB – ALMOND CREAM
This cream has a truly special, intense, and incomparable flavor. Known as the gold of the Algarve, carob is a fruit rich in antioxidants, especially polyphenols. It can be used as an alternative to cocoa powder or chocolate, as it has a similar taste.
With the addition of almonds, it becomes a healthy version of “Nutella” — ready to spread and enjoy.
