BIO – SAGE
The leaves have a strong and sharp aroma and are widely used in cooking. They are highly valued for their digestive properties and pair wonderfully with mushrooms, apples, cheese, and pumpkin.

AS TEA / INFUSION
An infusion made from dried or fresh leaves supports the digestive system and improves circulation. It has antiseptic properties effective against inflammation of the mouth and throat. The plant is also used in treatments related to excessive sweating, anxiety, depression, menstruation, and lactation.
It should not be taken for prolonged periods. Not suitable for pregnant women or people with epilepsy.
Externally, it is used to treat insect bites and skin infections. When applied to an infected tooth, the leaves can help relieve pain.
