OLIVE OIL EXTRA VIRGIN — FRESH, INTENSELY FRUITY AND SLIGHTLY SPICY AROMA
The family-run Figueirinha estate in Alentejo, southern Portugal, uses only its own olives, harvested at the perfect time. This ensures our customers receive a very mild, unfiltered olive oil with a maximum acidity of 0.2%. Cold-extracted and carefully produced in the estate’s own mill, the cuvée made from the local varieties Galega, Cordovil, and Cobrancosa offers a rich, fruity, and delicately spicy flavor.
