INGREDIENTS
Lemon verbena*, linden*
100% organic, produced in Portugal
Net weight: 20 g. The herbs are lovingly packed in a cotton pouch.
PREPARATION
Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea blend to 1 liter of boiling water and steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
Water temperature: 90°C.
