These olives are full of character — delicious, tangy, flavorful, unforgettable, and always a highlight on any table.
The olives are lovingly prepared through several natural steps over an extended period, marinated in water, salt, lemon, garlic, and aromatic herbs for preservation. In the second step, they are refined with premium organic extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and garlic.

WHO WE ARE
“We are producers from the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Portugal. In 2010, Mr. Rui Batel founded a small company in Almendra, a village in the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa in the Douro Superior region, dedicated to olive oil production. His goal was to create high-quality olive oil from the best olives using traditional methods. Since then, this family business has remained true to that philosophy, naturally evolving toward organic production.”
