The olives are lovingly prepared through several steps over an extended period, marinated in water, salt, lemon, garlic, and aromatic herbs, and thus preserved naturally. In the second stage, they are refined with high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and garlic.

WHO WE ARE

“We are producers from the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Portugal.
In 2010, Mr. Rui Batel founded a small company in Almendra, a village in the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa in the Douro Superior region, dedicated to the production of olive oil.
Mr. Batel’s goal was to create a high-quality olive oil made from the finest olives using traditional production methods.
Since then, this family-run company has remained faithful to that commitment to quality — a path that naturally led to organic production.”
